Contract Value below AED 2,500,000: - Minimum premium: AED 735 (with VAT) - Fixed rate application

Contract Value above AED 2,500,000: - Requires underwriter referral - Custom pricing based on: - Project scope - Location - Duration - Contractor experience

Method 2: Other Project Types

For non-villa construction: - Rate based on contract value - Project type and complexity - Construction method - Site location - Contractor track record

Underwriter Referral

When Referral Is Required

Cases that need underwriter approval: - Contract value above AED 2,500,000 - High-risk construction types - Challenging site locations - Complex projects (e.g., high-rise, marine works) - New contractors without track record - Projects with adverse features
